Testimonials
Why is exercise so important?
Accumulating evidence suggests that exercise is crucial for management of Parkinson’s Disease (PD). Parkinson’s Disease is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by both motor and non motor symptoms that incline many patients to lead a more sedentary lifestyle, further impacting overall mobility. Many of these motor and non motor symptoms are improved with regular exercise helping with symptom management both short and long term. Additionally, exercise has been found to be neuroprotective meaning it can help prevent and even slow disease progression in PD!
