  • Were you diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and told to exercise, but don’t know where to start? As a PD expert I can help guide you through exercise sessions specific to helping mitigate PD symptoms, improve your fitness, and allow you to keep moving long term. The sessions are individualized to your needs and progressed to help you keep improving and feeling stronger each week.

  • Not local? No problem! I offer virtual training sessions to guide you through PD specific exercises and movement programs specific to your concerns.

  • Interested in exercising with a group and meeting others with Parkinson’s Disease? Reach out to me under the “contact tab” to find out if you are appropriate for a group class.

  • Were you recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease? Do you want to learn where you stand physically, track your progress, and take control? I offer a comprehensive wellness assessment to take a look at your overall fitness, flexibility, strength, coordination, posture, speed of movement, and balance. This program includes 10 training sessions with me, with a wellness assessment before and after.

As a Parkinson’s Disease expert, I make each session appropriate for your current activity level and target areas that of the brain and body that are impacted by this disease.
